Design 1 – 2 Bedroom Modern House
This modest yet beautifully designed house can be home to a family of four easily. Total area is approximately 129080.6 square in. (896.393 square ft.) The estimated cost for this project can be around 16 lakh taka. This home can be built in a comfortable countryside, away from the noisy city.
As you can see in this blueprint this home has 2 bedrooms, 3 toilets, 2 veranda and one kitchen. Right in front of the entrance you can see this dining area with the dimensions of 11′- 0″ x 9′- 0″ and the drawing room is next to the entrance the size is 10′- 7″ x 10′- 0″.
It’s possible to create a modern living room in this space for the family. Bedrooms are the dimensions of 11′- 0″ x 10′- 0″ and 10′- 7″ x 10′- 0″. Two toilets are the size of 4′-0″x5′-0″ and another one is slightly bigger. Verandas are dimension 6′-7″x3′-0″ and kitchen is 5′ – 7″ x 6′ – 0″.
Design 2 – One-Storied Beautiful Four Bedroom Home
This pleasant looking home can accommodate a large family, as you can build 4 bedrooms. Total Area is 156672.0 square in. (1088.000 square ft.). The projected cost for this project is anticipated to range between 20 lakh taka.
This blueprint suggests that each bedroom has total dimensions of 10′- 0″ x 10′- 0″. Each bedroom has attached toilets with the size of 5′-0″x3′-11″. If you enter the home you can see the drawing room is in the front with dimensions of 20′- 4″ x 12′- 4″. This is quite big and comfortable for any large family. All the family members can pass their joyous time together. There is another toilet on the back of the house and the kitchen located beside it with the dimensions of 5′ – 11″ x 6′ – 0″.
Design 3 – Modern 3 Bedroom Home
This single floored home is perfect for a small to midsize family. Total Area is approximately 121998.0 square in. (847.208 square ft.) and the total cost can be around 17 lakh taka.
This print showcases that two bedrooms have total dimensions of 10′- 0″ x 10′- 0″ and another one is 9′- 0″ x 10′- 0″ with windows. In front of the entrance there is a dining plus drawing room which has the size of 14′- 0″ x 9′- 4″.
Master bedroom has an attached toilet with a dimension of 5′-0″x5′-1″. Other two toilets are 4′-0″x6′-0″. The kitchen is quite big with the size of 10′ – 0″x 4′ – 9″ and connected to the living room.
Design 4
This contemporary house has 3 bedrooms with 2 master bedrooms., 3 toilets and 2 veranda. You can build this home on a small land of 142272.0 square in. (988.000square ft.) and it can cost you 18 lakh.
In front of the entry door you can see dining plus drawing in the front measuring 12′- 7″ x 9′- 0″. Both master bedrooms have the dimensions of 12′- 7″ x 9′- 11″ and the one is 12′- 7″ x 10′- 0″.
All the bedrooms are quite large with windows. Master bed has attached toilet and veranda. Attached Toilets are measured 6-2″x4′-0″ and the toilet near kitchen is small only 3′-0″x6′-0″. Kitchen has a dimension of 6′ – 0″x 6′ – 7″ with windows.
Design 5- Two- Storied Home with 3 Bedrooms
In this design you can see a stylish home which can be built in the countryside . you can build within 147600.0 square in (1025.000 square ft.) and estimated cost can be 19 lakh taka.
According to this design three bedrooms can be built, along with one kitchen, two toilets, a large dining area and living space close to the entrance.
Right beside the entrance one bedroom is located measuring 12′- 0″ x 9′- 8″. The drawing and dining area has the dimensions of 12′- 4″ x 7′- 8″ and 12′- 0″ x 10′- 0″ respectively. . The toilet is small, only 5′-0″x4′-0″. and the two master bedrooms are located upstairs, and the Kitchen 7′ – 11″x 6′ – 0″ . These master beds do not have any attached toilet, it is located at the corner.
