As a construction contracting company, we often receive queries from people with a budget. So we thought of doing some cost-effective home designs, and providing detailed 2D and 3D designs to you.
We have provided the design of five homes that you can build in Bangladesh under 15 lakh. These houses are affordable and top-notch designed. For small families those houses are made to utilize the space well, highly functioning with great aesthetic appeal thereby offering a hospitable and cozy living atmosphere.
You can build a home in the countryside within a small area. So let’s check them out.
Design 1 – One-Storied Beautiful 2 Bedroom Home
This small one-storied beautiful home can easily accommodate a family of four. It can have two bedrooms and one toilet. 1 kitchen and a common area at the entrance is also included.
Total area of the home is approx. 420 square feet (60480 square inches). If we follow this description, each bedroom can measure 9′-10″ x 9′-0″.
“Toilet” with dimensions of 4’0″ x 4’0″. Kitchen area and living area can measure 5′-0″ x 8′-3 and 5′-0″ x 7′-0″. Respectively.
The estimated cost for this project can be around 900,000 taka.
Design 2 – One-Storied Beautiful 3-Bedroom Home
Just as the previous design, this house can also give accommodation to small families. This pleasant-looking house can be built in the countryside within 92,500.0 square inches ( or approx. 642.361 square feet).
According to this design, three bedrooms can be built, along with one kitchen, one toilet and living space close to the entrance.
Right beside the entrance one bedroom is located and the other two bedrooms are located on the back of the house. Kitchen and toilet both are closed to the other two bedrooms.
Each room is measured around 9 feet 9.5 inches by 12 feet 0 inches. Kitchen and toilet both are measured approx. 5′-0″ x 6-0”.

Design 3 – One-Storied Beautiful 3-Bedroom Home
This lovely house can accommodate 3-5 people easily. It is quite possible to build 3 bedrooms as the total area is 105,360 square inches (731.667 square feet).
If you observe this design you can see that the entrance is right in the middle of the house. On the left, you can see one bedroom with dimensions of 10′-9″ x 10′-4″. On the right side is the kitchen with dimensions of 10′-0” x 3′-0″. Unlike the other two designs.
This kitchen is quite big. On the back of the house, there are two other bedrooms with dimensions 10′-0″ x 10′-9″. There are two toilets each with dimensions 3′-11″ x 6′-0″. The dining area is large, measuring 11′-4″ by 8′-4”.

Design 4 – One-Storied Beautiful 3-Bedroom Home
This small house is nicely put-together and was built with one single floor. The total area is approximately 120474.0 square inches (836.625 square feet). It can be a nice home for nuclear families.
In front of the house, you can perfectly fit a space for your sedan or small-sized car.
Within this design, there are three bedrooms, a toilet, dining room, and a kitchen. The dining area is located in front of the Entrance which is at the corner of the house.
One bedroom is in front of the dining room with dimensions of 12′-0” x 10′-0″ and the other two located on the back of the house with dimensions of 11′-9” x 9′-2″. Kitchen and toilet are quite small, each of them only 5′-0” x 4′-1/2″ square feet. However, we believe this house is perfect for a small family of 4 to 6 people.
Design 5 – One-Storied Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Toilets Home
This modern and cozy home doesn’t take much space to build. You need around 93416.1 square inches (648.723 square feet) of land. It also has parking space for your vehicle. The design features a parking space, 3 bedrooms, one dining cum living room, two toilets and one kitchen.
As this design shows, there is a dining area right in front of the entrance with a dimension of 9’-10”x 7’-6”. The bedroom beside the entrance is 9’- 10” x 10’- 0” and the other two bedrooms are 9’-10” x 9’-6” and 9’-5” x 8’-9” respectively. Both toilets are the same size with the dimension of 4 feet 9 inches x 4 feet. Kitchen is only 4 feet 9 inches x 6 feet.
